When considering bringing us your outdoor power equipment for repair, please read the following service and repair terms listed below. For more information about Cardinal Outdoor Power Equipment, LLC, please don’t hesitate to contact us at any time, even during Lunch hours too, we know that people work and need to get their equipment repaired or serviced too. We are happy to help make you feel comfortable in your choice to work with us!

• We service all all types of outdoor power equipment & some brands of power tools

• Estimates can be provided prior to service being done

• Pickup and Delivery available

• A deposit of $32.03 is required for all handheld and 2 cycle equipment for any work to be performed. This is also a non-refundable deposit/diagnostic fee. 

• Labor rate is $70/hour + shop and environmental supplies

• All work covered by our warranty for 30 days from initial phone call informing customer his or her equipment is ready to be picked up

• All completed or declined equipment that has been fixed or chosen not to be fixed that is left for over 30 days is subject to storage fees and/or sale

• All special orders are to be PRE-paid

• Pre-pay for sharpening of all chainsaw chains and lawnmower blades
